Visual Basic Compiler Assist

This program was written for my personal use after I read the march
issue of the Visual Basic Programming Journal Tips and Tricks. It
stated that if you retart windows, then compile your project using
VB's command line parameters, the final executable will be smaller
and with fewer errors.  This software is free to anyone and can be
distributed freely; however, I do not take any responsibility if it
causes anyone any problems.  Enjoy.
